Terms of Service Agreement

This binding agreement between you and Global Professional Certifications, operating GRC Openings, governs access to and use of the platform for candidates and employers. It applies whenever you access the platform, create an account, publish a job listing, or submit an application.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Employers must represent a legally registered entity and complete organizational verification before publishing vacancies.
2. Acceptable Platform Conduct
GRC Openings is an exclusive platform dedicated to Governance, Risk, and Compliance hiring. Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, plagiarized, or non-existent job listings or candidate resumes.
- Deploy automated web scrapers, crawlers, or data extraction scripts on the platform directory.
- Disrupt server operations, bypass security controls, or harvest user data without authorization.
3. Employer Obligations & Candidate Applications
Employers represent that all listings reflect real, current vacancies and must never demand application fees, deposits, or payments from candidates. Candidate applications are submitted directly to posting employers, who make hiring decisions independently. GRC Openings does not guarantee interviews or employment outcomes.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All site designs, software, databases, and trademarks remain the property of Global Professional Certifications. You retain ownership of uploaded resumes and grant GRC Openings a limited license to host and transmit them for recruitment workflows.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
GRC Openings is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed employment opportunities. These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
